Iowa, prosecutor, Ben Smith's, sworn testimony, that Michael Roberts and Bennet Kelley of Mile2 and Rexxfield, conspired with prosecutor draft motions to silence Darren M Meade's reporting.

To put it more succinctly, state of Iowa, prosecutor Ben Smith, conspired with Michael Roberts and Bennet Kelley of Rexxfield, to silence Darren Mitchell Meade's critical reporting on prosecutor Ben Smith.  Because Darren Mitchell Meade,  did what the law plainly allows him to do - complain of potential prosecutorial misconduct and questionable witness testimony - which is a due process violation of the most basic sort. A claim of prosecutorial vindictiveness addresses itself a constitutional defect in the institution of the prosecution and is a question of law to be determined by the Court. Prosecutor Ben Smith, Sac County Iowa, even admitted to falsely claiming a Grand Jury was assembled and Meade needed to testify in Iowa. This was a ploy believed to have been the carrying out of the threat to arrest Meade if he set foot in Iowa. Read, Smith's sworn court testimony here.
